This sale was probably one of the more difficult sales for any agent.  In included mold issues, square footage and acreage discrepancies, arsenic in the water, prepossession of the property, a contingency offer...just to name a few of the challenges.  Bev not only rose to the occasion, she led the way.  For example, she initiated the water test even though it meant she had to personally deliver the water sample to Phoenix because we had not yet moved to the area.  She took that kind of leadership in this transaction as if it were her own home.  She was also quick to ask for assistance if there were any areas with which she was not familiar.  She treated us as if we were her only clients, and never wavered in her responsibilities through the entire lengthy transaction.  I would highly recommend Bev to anyone looking for a home in this area.  She receives a 10+ rating from us!
